For years, I was on a path that looked successful from the outside. I climbed the career ladder in demanding roles, led impressive projects, and built a reputation I was proud of. But behind the scenes, I was running on empty.

As a father to two wonderful children, I found myself caught in a constant struggle: the leader who was needed at work, and the dad who was needed at home. I was giving everything I had to both, but felt like I was failing to be fully present for either. The sense of purpose I expected from my career success was being overshadowed by burnout and the quiet fear that I was missing the moments that mattered most.

I knew something had to change. I wasn't willing to sacrifice my family for my career, nor was I willing to give up on a professional life that was meaningful and impactful.
That journey of rebuilding my career around my values—learning to lead with energy and intention without sacrificing my family life—is why I became a coach.
